Reports, the moment you release
A push notification the moment a report is released, and the PDF exactly as your clinic produced it.
Patients ring the front desk because they have no other way in: where is my report, when is my visit, can I move it. The Catenix patient app answers all of that under your clinic's brand, so the phone stops ringing and the report is already in their hand.
What patients get
Your name, your colours, your phone number. Patients sign in with a one-time code sent to the contact details you hold for them: no passwords to forget, nothing to configure.
A push notification the moment a report is released, and the PDF exactly as your clinic produced it.
Each released result charted across visits, with your clinic's reference ranges shown as supplied.
Live availability from your own diary rules. Patients book the slots you offer and nothing else.
Every booking carries a check-in code. Reception types it in and the visit opens, no queue at the desk.
A private thread with your team that lands in the portal, not a shared inbox somebody has to watch.
Medications, allergies and conditions exactly as your clinicians recorded them. Patients see, clinics edit.
A visit, start to finish
What the clinic controls
The app is off for your patients until you enable it, and switches off again the moment you say so.
Patients never see a number a clinician has not reviewed and released. No exceptions.
Opening hours, slot lengths, capacity and how far ahead patients may book: all set by you, per clinic.
Take bookings instantly, or hold each one for the front desk to approve with one click.
The pre-visit form is authored by your clinic in the form builder, question by question.
Each clinic's patients, diary and messages are isolated at the database layer, enforced on every query.
Scope & intended use
The patient app displays what the clinic has released: reports, results, ranges and record entries, exactly as authored. It does not interpret results, classify values, or advise patients. General test descriptions are educational only and every screen points patients back to their clinician.
Questions, answered
No. The app is off by default for every clinic. You enable it when you are ready, and you can switch it off again at any time; patient access ends immediately.
No. The app only ever shows reports and results your clinic has released. Anything pending review is simply not there.
Patients see your clinic: your name, your colours and your contact details, on every screen. Catenix is the platform underneath.
iPhone today, with health-app data sharing where the patient opts in. Android support is planned.
