Answer the integration question on the spot
When the prospect asks "but does it connect to our system?", you can say yes and show it. That moves the conversation off price and onto the connected workflow they actually want.
Home / For distributors
Today a clinic isn't only choosing an analyser. It's choosing results that land in its records and reports without re-typing. Catenix lets you sell the instrument with a working connectivity story alongside it, plus recurring software value on every account, so you win on more than price.
What you'd be representing
HL7, POCT1-A2 or ASTM: the instruments already in your catalogue, on serial or network.
From patient registration to result to delivery, with a full record of each step. Analyser flags carried across exactly as the instrument reported them.
Results in the record and on the report: the outcome your customer actually wanted to buy.
Where the line is
Catenix moves and displays the result the analyser produces, and keeps the record of it. It never re-calculates, re-classifies, risk-scores or auto-flags a result. That keeps the offer simple to position and keeps interpretation with the clinician.
Why this is good business
When the prospect asks "but does it connect to our system?", you can say yes and show it. That moves the conversation off price and onto the connected workflow they actually want.
The analyser is a one-off sale; the software is a monthly subscription that keeps earning. Every instrument you place can carry an ongoing revenue line, with clear terms agreed up front.
A clinic whose daily workflow runs through your connected solution doesn't swap it out lightly. That raises the cost of switching and helps protect your installed base.
How we work with partners
We support our partners with the materials and structure to take Catenix to market alongside your portfolio. Full programme details, including commercial models, live on the partner programme page.
Questions, answered
You attach a connectivity and platform story to the instruments you already sell; we build and support the software behind it. Commercial structures (agent/commission, reseller or territory arrangements) are agreed per partner through the partner programme.
Many common analyser protocols (HL7, POCT1-A2 and ASTM) are already supported. Where an instrument needs a new driver, we build it; device drivers for supported analysers are part of the platform.
As a subscription per clinic or site, with optional add-on modules at a flat monthly price and no per-test fees. Implementation is scoped with the quote, so you can put a clean, predictable offer in front of a customer.
No. Catenix is connectivity, workflow and record-keeping. It carries analyser flags and status verbatim and provides no clinical interpretation or decision support, which keeps the offer straightforward to position.
