Sell the instrument and the connection.

A modern clinic doesn't just buy an analyser — it buys results that flow into its record. Catenix gives distributors a connectivity story to attach to every instrument — benchtop or point-of-care testing (POCT) — a recurring revenue line, and a reason to win the deal on more than price.

What you'd be representing

Your catalogue in. A connected clinic out. Never interpreted.

In

Any analyser you carry

HL7, POCT-1A2 or ASTM — the instruments already in your catalogue, on serial or network.

Through

Catenix ties it together

Patient registration to result to delivery, fully audited. Analyser flags carried verbatim.

Out

A connected clinic

Results in the record and the report — the outcome your customer actually wanted to buy.

Where the line is

Catenix is connectivity and record-keeping infrastructure — it moves and displays the result the analyser produces. It never re-calculates, re-classifies, risk-scores or auto-flags a result. That keeps the offer clean to position and keeps interpretation with the clinician.

Why this is good business

Close more, churn less, earn ongoing.

Win on the integration question

When the prospect asks "but does it connect to our system?", you say yes — and show it. Connectivity turns a price conversation into a value one.

Recurring revenue, not just a sale

Hardware is a one-off; connectivity is a relationship. Software subscriptions add an ongoing line to every instrument you place — with clear terms agreed up front.

Stickier accounts

A clinic whose workflow runs through your connected solution doesn't swap it out lightly. Connectivity raises switching cost and protects your installed base.

How we work with partners

A connectivity layer you can put your name next to.

We support our partners with the materials and structure to take Catenix to market alongside your portfolio. Full programme details, including commercial models, live on the partner programme page.

  • Co-branded collateral — onboarding kits, one-pagers and demo assets your team can hand a prospect.
  • Clear commercial models — agent/commission, reseller and territory structures, agreed per partner; see the partner programme for how we shape terms.
  • Demo on real kit — show a prospect their own analyser delivering an audited result end to end.
  • Broad device coverage — most analysers in a typical catalogue already have, or can quickly get, a Catenix driver.
  • Responsive support — regional data residency, GDPR-aligned, with a team that has stood at the bench.
  • Per-tenant control — each clinic's feature set is configurable, so you can tailor the offer to the account.

Questions, answered

What distributors ask first.

What does a Catenix distributor partnership look like?

You attach a connectivity and platform story to the instruments you already sell; we build and support the software behind it. Commercial structures — agent/commission, reseller or territory arrangements — are agreed per partner through the partner programme.

Do the analysers we carry need new drivers?

Many common analyser protocols — HL7, POCT-1A and ASTM — are already supported. Where an instrument needs a new driver, we build it; device drivers for supported analysers are part of the platform.

How is Catenix priced for the clinics we sell to?

As a subscription per clinic or site, with optional add-on modules at a flat monthly price and no per-test fees. Implementation is scoped with the quote, so you can put a clean, predictable offer in front of a customer.

Does Catenix interpret results?

No. Catenix is connectivity, workflow and record-keeping. It carries analyser flags and status verbatim and provides no clinical interpretation or decision support — which keeps the offer straightforward to position.
