Laboratory science
Built on hands-on clinical-biochemistry expertise — so the quality and QC model reflects how a real lab actually works.
Home / About
Catenix exists because point-of-care diagnostics deserves the same connected, audited rigour as the central lab — without the weight of a full LIS. We build the layer that ties it all together.
Our mission
Too much point-of-care diagnostics still ends with a printout and a manual transcription. Results get lost, audits become archaeology, and quality control lives in a spreadsheet. Catenix replaces that with one continuous thread — from registration to result to invoice — so clinics spend their time on patients, not paperwork.
Why trust us with this
Built on hands-on clinical-biochemistry expertise — so the quality and QC model reflects how a real lab actually works.
Built by people who've run point-of-care diagnostics inside hospital and NHS pathology services — the workflows, the audits, the inspection days. The product is shaped by that reality.
Backed by 25+ years of combined point-of-care and in-vitro-diagnostics experience across device connectivity and clinic operations.
What we believe
We build to the open standards — HL7, POCT-1A, ASTM — so clinics are never locked to one vendor's walled garden.
If it happened, it's recorded. Traceability isn't a feature you switch on — it's the foundation everything sits on.
We move and present data faithfully. Clinical interpretation belongs to clinicians and the analysers they trust — not to us.
Company facts
Catenix is a connected-diagnostics platform for clinics. It connects point-of-care testing (POCT) devices over HL7, POCT-1A and ASTM, and brings patient management, statistical quality-control monitoring, clinical records, reporting and billing into one audited system. Catenix does not interpret clinical results and provides no clinical decision support.
Catenix serves clinics internationally, with regional data residency available.
