In-office test results, into Greenway Intergy.
Run the test in the office and the result goes into Intergy as a lab result with a review task for the provider. No reading values off the analyzer, no typing them in.
Quick answer
Yes for Intergy. Greenway's own Intergy help says its lab system offers point-to-point connectivity with laboratories, including the practice's own internal laboratory, with electronic receipt of results and a review task created when results arrive. Catenix plays the part of that internal laboratory: it collects each result from your analyzers, checks quality control and patient identity, and sends it through Intergy's lab interface, set up with your practice and Greenway. For Prime Suite we did not find a public Greenway page on receiving outside results, so that route is confirmed with Greenway first.
Intergy practices usually have send-out results arriving electronically from a reference lab. The tests run in the office are often typed in by hand through Intergy's manual lab results entry: glucose, HbA1c, lipids, urinalysis, CBCs, rapid strep and flu.
Greenway's documentation already allows for the practice's own lab as a connected source. Catenix supplies that source: it talks to the analyzers on the bench, keeps the quality-control record, and hands Intergy a finished, checked result.

What your practice asks Greenway Health for
The connection is set up with your practice and Greenway Health's interface team. These are the steps Greenway Health's own public pages describe, in order.
- Ask Greenway for an interface connection for your in-house lab, through your Greenway account representative or Greenway's request portal at records.greenwayhealth.com, naming Catenix as the sending system.
- Make sure your in-house tests exist in Intergy's lab test catalog. Greenway's help says a base Intergy practice builds a test catalog for its in-house lab testing.
- Confirm with Greenway how results should match to orders and patients, and who receives the lab results review task.
- We map your analyzer tests to the Intergy catalog and test the feed with you and Greenway before go-live.

For your IT or interface contact
Greenway's public Intergy help describes the lab connection in functional terms and does not publish a message specification, so the exact format is agreed with Greenway. Catenix produces an HL7 v2 observation result (ORU^R01) with LOINC codes where your tests have them; Greenway's help notes that Intergy can use LOINC codes to group results on flowsheets. Greenway's developer pages say its FHIR API serves data from both Intergy and Prime Suite and that its proprietary API differs by product. The Intergy help pages we relied on are from Intergy version 10 and carry a 2016 copyright, so check current behavior with Greenway.
On the analyzer side, Catenix captures results over HL7, POCT1-A2, ASTM or the device's own format. See the device library for how individual analyzers connect, and lab analyzer to EHR for orders, quality-control holds and the audit trail.

Questions, answered
Before you ask.
Can in-office point-of-care results go into Greenway Intergy automatically?
Yes, once the lab interface is set up for your practice. Greenway's Intergy help describes point-to-point lab connectivity that includes a practice's own internal laboratory and electronic receipt of results. Catenix captures each analyzer result, checks it, and sends it through that interface.
Does this work for Prime Suite too?
Possibly, but we did not find a public Greenway page describing how Prime Suite receives outside lab results, so we confirm the route with Greenway before anything is promised. Greenway's developer pages say its FHIR API serves both Intergy and Prime Suite.
Does Catenix have a formal arrangement with Greenway Health?
No. Catenix has no certified, tested or formal arrangement with Greenway Health. Each connection is requested by the practice, set up with Greenway and tested with your practice before go-live.
Do we need a lab information system as well?
No. Catenix sits between the analyzers and Intergy and keeps the quality-control and operator records itself. If you already run a laboratory system, Catenix can feed that instead.
Catenix sends results through the standard lab results interfaces that the systems named on this page publish or offer, set up with each practice and the vendor. Catenix has no certified, tested or formal arrangement with Greenway Health, and naming Greenway Health here does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by it.
